When talking to more than one it is used in conjuction with another word. For example.....
I feel "yous" two need to get a room and stop making out here in the produce section!

"you's" is plural. It's sort of like "you guys/gals" and means the same as "ya'll", or "you all". I say "you's" all of the time and my wife makes fun of me for it. She also makes fun of me for saying "it's all" instead of "it's all gone". "Hey hon, the butter is all, we need more". LOL
