I am 5'8 around 200'ish. Fluctuates from around 198 to 205. I am trying to get to 225 before i cut back down. A ripped 190-195 would be ok with me.

I am 22. I will have some more pics up later. I am proportional, lets say that much. I will be working on th bottom half over the next year, But i will post some more when i get a chance to take them. Thanx for all the replies.

Are you getting enough protein?
Because if you're not, i'd reccomend taking in more protein, it stimulates muscle growth according to my trainer.
