Well seeing as most of you ahve given me help on here guided me to loseing alot of weight I thought I'd post some before and after pics. The first pic is nasty I warned You! In the first pic im about 6'0 220. The second I'm 6-0 190. I know I don't look much like a bodybuilder but I'm happy with my progress so far.

Thanks for the comments. For the first part of my training I was jsut doing cardio for 45 minutes 5 times a week, first thing in the morning. Once I started lifting I was (and still am) using whey shakes. I basicly just to eat about 5-6 meals a day, watching my carbs and fats, and trying to get around 2700-3000 calories a day, then once I started to lsoe more I lowered that to about 2500 a day.

This area of pain divides a champion from someone who is not a champion. That's what most people lack, having the guts to go on and just say they'll go through the pain no matter what happens. I have no fear of fainting. I do squats until I fall over and pass out. So what? It's not going to kill me. I wake up five minutes later and I'm OK. A lot of other athletes are afraid of this. So they don't pass out. They don't go on."

you should have told some supplement company you were gonna use their stuff, maybe they'd sponsor you and we'd see you all over our Flex and Muscle & Fitness mags now...
