HERE some recent pics
Yo what up dawgs, its been a while since ive posted some pics.

Ive been off gear for almost 2 years. Im not eating what I am supposed to be eating. I still manage to eat my 6 meals a day but not the ones I used to before. Been sorta broke, so i eat what i have here at home. I weigh about 220-222 currently, bf i dunno.

Ive lost alot of size and gained bodyfat ever since i split with my girlfriend in december. Haven't been that dedicated to it like i was before till yesterday i realized. Didnt train all spring break, went out alot, drank everyday, but i pay'd the price. Here the pics.

it makes me feel weird cause when i look at before pictures i feel that i was bigger before. But thats why im hitting the gym and food again like before. Heres a pic of last year or summer 2004. I felt bigger here.


I forgot to add, i will take some leg shots today when i get back from the gym, post them up by tomorrow. Camera died and its my sisters. I'll charge it when im on the gym.

thanx man. Ive been doing that but spring break came and i was like wtf, so iwent out and all. Last night, had an awesome workout. Its been fueling me big time, so bodywise i feel great.

You should be glad that you were fortunate enough to realize your mistakes, and now have the motivation once again to diet and train as you did in the past.
