Fire away people. :)
Hi everyone, here are some pictures of my progress. If you guys remember I have a show coming up in eight weeks. Now I know I still look pretty fat in these pictures but believe me I look slightly better in person than these pictures(white background didn't help much u know). You should've seen me eight weeks ago, I was FAT. I mean FAT. I was at 205lbs with 18% of bf now I am still at 205 with 11% bf, so my goal is to drop another 6 or 7% bf in next eight weeks. And after seeing these pictures I'll be starting my taning tomorrow. I'll post some leg pictures later.

Thanks guys. I was born with that back, I don't have to do much for it(for the last ten years I make sure every back workout of mine starts with chin ups)my quads aren't bad either, but I have the usual high and short calf curse they just won't grow.
