A picture of me before I started
No I don't carry a digi camera where I go...But here's pretty much what I look like before the cycle...Will post more pics(with better camera)in the next few weeks...I can already tell the difference within 2 weeks of being on...Doing some construction(as you can see)inside my condo right now...This was taken the morning of x-mas... :dancingne
I'll post my back and leg shots soon...This picture was me at 196lbs and 14% BF when my Dr. checked me...As of this morning, I'm at 203lbs....Not much bloat(thank god) at all...
