Just wanted to share my progress with you!
hows it going... this is the first time ive posted pics of myself since i've started my "training"
just last summer i was 228lbs... very bad shape. currently im 5'7 170lbs 10.5%bf i feel i have come along way but still want to improve my body over all here are some pics so see wat was going on... thanks man... i def appriciate the encouragment... my main problem is the weight lose was pretty quick so im kinda saggy around my lower stomach and chest are.... wat can i do to help this out??
