Thank you, I'm still sick so I have decided to not start for another week. I have learnd to not stress my body while getting over a cold. I hate the change of seasons some times. now if I can just lay off the candy

I am really looking forward to getting back into my routine after this layoff. I am such an outdoors man that during the summer it seems there is no time for the weights. I do a lot of swimming and biking though so I usually keep thin until about august when the cookouts and drinking start to cover the abs up again. I’ll be putting the final touches on my gym this week so that should motivate me and I’m in the last through of my cold. I only wish I could put my entire Gym together but I can put all the important elements into working order. When I buy my new house it will have a large gym and Dojo in 1st consideration.
