Ok here is the start of hopefully a great ending. I am looking to bulk alittle jsut some size in some areas. THe pictures are not the greatest because i had to take them myself and it is hard to position the camrea and getthe greatest picture. I hope i have uploaded th epictures needed here. Next time i am going to have someone help me with the Picture taking.

Feel free to give your opinons on my pictures. I would like to know what you think.

I think i have low Bf because i tend to run alot when i get bored and have nothing else to do i go run a couple of miles. Which i thinki need to kick that habit.
