Nice quads! How's the cutting going so far? If you like to cook, make up a big pot of chicken soup...lots of chicken in it, some veggies...not hard to do and it fills ya up with lots of good protein. You can make some brown or wild rice on the side to add in for carbs. Good luck!

Thanks Mrs. P! I've never had trouble with legs. Good genetics there at least. Did rupture my right achilles tendon about a year ago playing soccer. So my right calf is always lagging behind. In fact worked legs today!
Cutting is going good. Planning to post some new pics on Sunday or Monday. These look like complete ass. I'm pretty sure I don't look that bad in person! (At least I hope)... Also, thanks for the recipe. I will do that this weekend. |
