Got a digital camera now...
Ok, here is my shot at freelance photos of myself
Please feel free to give me some constructive advise, I'm all natural (always) and will be preparing for my first Novice competition in March '04 - starting comp. diet 16 weeks out (December). Right now, I'm starting the Methyl 1-T stack from PowerNutrition. Stats: 5'10" - 226lbs |

Thx house - I've had several friends tell me I have a good base to start with, now I just need to get the body fat down and focus on my form when training heavy.

hey, you need to check with the fine orint of the competition. Some naturals will not allow prohormone use. One of the ways they test you (among several)...... a lie detector. No joke! So, you need to check it out!

Methyl test is not a pro-hormone ... imo at least... but def look into it bro.

I'd consider it just a steroid.. it's not a pro-hormone really... i dunno wtf it falls into .. but being natural and being on methyl 1-test = no.

i agree with everyone else... read the fine print... every natural contest i've read about bans it. Don't want to shoot yourself in the foot.

Well, the bodyfat has dropped a little and I have put on some lean muscle mass. Bicepts went from 17.5 to 18" - the most noticable differance, I am very vascular while training and I love it. Now if I could just get a friggin tan! Just callm e "whitey"

haha, dude when I took methyl test my veins stuck out like crazy.. it's good stuff.. tried sunless tanning methods ?

Sunless tanning - as in the cream or just hitting the tanning beds? I tan fast when I got to the tan beds, but have never tried the creams before.

Well, its time to start kicking in the cardio ... I go running with my boxer in the mornings (she's only 3 months old). I will be shedding some more bodyfat shortly. I just got a tan package so the people at the gym wont need to wear sunglasses for long
I just finished a set of todays leg routine. It rocked - my final set was 455lb @ 8 reps. I'm stoked! Last edited by Rottweiler : 01-10-04 at 09:16 AM. |
