Can you give me your detailed daily diet?

I'm 6'6 and about 260 pounds. Probably around 14% bfp. I have had 19" arms for the past 3 years and can't seem to up it any more than that. I need to eat quite a bit of calories to maintain my weight.

Can you give me a breakdown of what you eat during the day? I'm curious what people eat to stay lean and pack on muscle. Please go into detail (i.e. 4 cans tuna, 1 puond chicken breast, etc, whatever). Do you drink milk? I used to drink a gallon a day for protein but quit cold turkey 2 months ago and have noticed no difference whatsoever.
