Kettle bell training (new to site) !!!!

Hi guys new to the site, seems like a good place.

I have been powerlifting/bodybuilding for a good solid two years, always trying to get into the best shape i can the natural way, you know high protein and a hard training regime. Seems to work well. I really dont know which direction to take my training, i think powerlifting would be more thing, as i dont think i have the genetics in my chest to develop a good enough bb physique. plus my lifts are getting better all the time.

deadlifts=230kg

bench=140kg

squat=190kg

I have also been training with these kettle bells for about 7months now. All i can say is WOW!!! a combination of developing strength and conditioning, ideal for all sports and passtimes. Im planning to train in the U.S with the guy who brought them to us westerners in september. when complimented with a conventional work out these bad boys will develop your attributes no end. trust me.

let me know what you think, and can you suggest about where my training can go, i.e bb or pl. be kind to the pics please ha ha. one more thing i have never had my bodyfat taken before were do yoy think it comes in at? tahnks guys
