NO2 ?????

My girl and I started on a 21 day run of NO2. After about 4 days the pumps and burns are unbelievable. She is shedding inches and really vascular. She has been lifting for 10 years and this stuff really seems to work on both of us. More energy, stronger, less fat, and more vascular. Anybody else using NO2? If so let us know what you think. Thanks- Work Hard-Preacher

I am currently on my 4th bottle. I was somewhat impressed but I had never taken anything other than protein supplements before.
I like the perpetual pump.
And my girl really likes some of the other side effects.

My boss heard about it from his brother who had really good results on it. We both tried it together and he has had no real results. Gained a total of 3 lbs. I on the other hand gained about 20 lbs. I'm sure a lot of that came from changes in my diet and workout routine thought.

meat12 is on a distinguished road
i took it, its crap. Only thing it did was give me a hard on i couldnt get rid of pretty much. It's just loaded with caffiene and stuff, thats where your getting your energy, stay away from the GNC suplement of the month ,who knows what the side effects of these things are anyway the fda doesnt even look at them until there is a health risk.

I like it. Gotta stack it with Creatine and/or a prohormone to really take advantage of it.

Me and my man took it for a while....actually he is still taking it. I went off it because it caused me to pack on major water weight, creatine too! Though I did love the way they made me feel, I always felt like I had more energy especially the workouts! I also noticed that my muscles were more defined when I was on it...

If they didn't make me retain so much damn water*sigh*...damn I miss my creatine...

N02 I have never tried. I have seen my one friend take it to loose some weight and he did drop weight quickly and efficiantly while becoming quite "hard and vascular"

Besides that I have also seen some unstable studies floating around about NO2 and the chance of stunting muscle growth. I cant give u full details, but Im not even going to mess with it.

It seems like ur getting negative feedback, but if its working for u and ur girl, no sense in not using it.

One of my best friends swears by NO2 and has gotten great results from using it. I saw him put on 10lbs in a month with it. The thing I can't figure out is why it works. The main ingredient seems to be arginine, but taking large quantities of it (which I tried) doesn't do a damn thing for me. So I am leery of trying NO2 for myself.
