Fat Loss Advice?
I am trying to drop about 10 pounds of fat right now. Is it better to do that through diet and cardio and only add in supplements later on, when the fat loss slows, or should I take them from the beginning? The supps I am thinking of are r-ala and adipokinetix (yes I still have a bottle!).

I should add that I don't tolerate the adipo that well, it has caused anxiety/panic attacks in me before. But I can be fine taking it before a work out.
And I am interested in trying Yohimburn, too. |

10 pounds
What I have found to work the best is strictly cardio and diet. As far as diet goes, I don't eat carbs after 4pm. After 4pm I stick to mainly Tuna or just some grilled chicken. Works the best for me.

Yeah I agree, make sure you are about 500 cals deficient from your caloric intakes needs, stick to cardio 3 times a week, eat clean and I personally dont eat carbs after eight but it all depends on how sensitive you are to carbs I guess

I'm surprised so few have responded to you on this.
Here is what works best for me: On my training days, I train first thing in the morning, empty stomach, and do 10 minutes of hiit cardio right after lifting. On my 'off' days I do 20 minutes of traditional cardio approximately 2 1/2 hours after my last meal and I don't eat anything until breakfast the next day. This goes against conventional wisdom but I've found conventional methods don't work well for me. People say 'you'll lose too much muscle' but I've found it to be far less than all predicted. Also, all my carbs are centered around my weight training and is always accompanied by r-ala and glucasol. I went from 18% to my present 8% with the above (and a 500 calorie deficit). Hope this helps.

Well without a good diet you not gone go far. Cut down on your carbs- and concentrate on your protien. Dont forget that fat is important too idealy you should consume 1g of fat per lean kg of body mass. 2.5g of protein and if you want to lose fat go for 3.5g of cabrs. Work it out and divide it between 5 meals. Have them every 3 hours with the last meal being protein only.
