Pesca Veggie Diet Q's
I've been training now for about 32 months and have seen some pretty decent gains. I've just been on NO2 for 3 months and 1AD for 1 month. Within that time I went from 210 pounds to 233 now. This is with averaging 4 days training a week.
I'm now about to start my first cycle and I just wanted to get my diet down. I am a pesca vegetarian so I thought protein would be a problem. I do eat lots of fish though. I usaully eat : lots of eggs for breakfast (might switch to oatmeal to reduce Chlorestoral intake) a meal replacement shake 2 hours later lunch: some sort of fish and veggies Trioplex protein bar 2 hours later Another meal replacement shake after Work out Spinach and tuna for dinner (before bed) I'm probably going to get blood tests before my cycle to make sure everything is kosher. I'm looking to gain to about 260 lbs. And knowing myself well enough I'll probably want to gain another 20 or so. Any suggestions or comments are greatly appreciated. |

I guess this isn't as important of a topic as whether you should take AAS or not.
Personal choice, get over it. Now that that is cleared up, did I say something wrong? |
