well its dirt cheap and theres no reason to cycle creatine so you dont have to come off, and if you do you will only lose a little water.

I at first noticed water weight through looking fuller and less cut. There have been times when I have lost all my gain because it was all water and because I was not on long enough. Make sure you are on long enough to make the gains and once you get that, cut away the fat.

Forgot to add, from research, the serum is shit. I haven't heard good things about the liquid either(comes with an eye dropper), see what works for you, but for everyone I know that has messed with it the powder is the winner.

It works, since among other things it hydrates the muscle and thereby increases the rate of protein synthesis. Although you may lose the water weight when you cycle off, you should have still benefited from the increased protein synthesis when on. Further, I believe that taking creatine after a workout greatly enhances recovery, presumably by helping quickly restore ATP levels.

Instead of using creatine use something like Swole V2 or V12. I personally use swole and it is so much better than creatine. I used creatine for like 2 years and never got the gains i do on swole.

I have recently finished my research on slin and have already taken a few shots. Wouldn't creatine work really well with slin since slin acts like a bullet train sending creatine to my cells!

HMMM i have always stayed away from creatin , for me it makes me bloated and hold to much water, and a few people i know have the same efect as well. It just supplements your natural ATP anyway, faster recovery etc, see how it goes though and make up your mind, good luck anyway.

The problem with most people who use creatine is they don't use it long enough . . .
one of the most successful regimes for it is to do the loading phase, then maintain for 6 weeks. . .then reload again and continue on. .creatine is something you should do for months, not weeks to gain more permanent results.
