17 yo noob...ADVICE PLZ!

hey every1! I just learned about this website. Really happy that i did. I have a question. I am 17 years old..somewhat fat. I am about 200 pounds. I would like to know how to lose fat..especially in the stomach area. Actually, right now thats my biggest problem. I would like to know if anyone could suggest a diet for me? i can do anything....meaning any type of food...only 1 exception..no pills...so i wanna get rid of my "beer" belly, i guess you could say....and then get a six pack...because i heard that just by doing crunches and sit ups, its almost impossible to get good abs...thnx

psyko1 is on a distinguished road
well i can't give you a specific diet but keep your protein high, do cardio twice a day if possible and keep doing ab work. ab work alone won't get you a six pack but you'll need strong abs once the fat is gone for the six pack look. try eating six smaller meals a day, focus on lean meats, fish, chicken, veggies, drink a gallon of water or so a day, a good multi-vitamin, try and keep breads and dairy to a minimum, uh maybe drink four glasses of grean tea a day. and above all don't give up. dieting sucks but if you stick with it you'll be glad you did when you see the results you want. someone'll come help more with diet.

Abs are much more diet than training. Meaning, doing crunches will not get rid of the as much fat as you want. If you want to lose it...dieting is the only way(unless you have a cock ton of money for some fancy surgery).
