Low Carb Diet
Hey I'm making this thread to ask your guys opinion on low carb diets. Can you pack on muscle on a low carb diet, while maintaining same body fat. I'm thinking about giving this the low carb diet a try in order to gain muscle while maintaining or losing body fat.

with low carb is difficult to increase muscle.
Also for a natural it's impossible to gain muscle while losing bodyfat

Low carb diets are good for cutting, check out www.C-K-D.com I use CKD for my cutting cycles and it is awesome.

It is definatly alot harder to put on mucscle but you can some what maintain. Also, why do you want to maintain some body fat?
