Muscle mass increases per year

Just wondering, what is the maximum amount of lean muscle you can put on with natural training in a year? How much higher is it with roids?

Also, is the amount of muscle you put on dependant on many other factors other than training and diet....... like genetics, current build (I am slim and short), fitness level etc.

Thnaks in advance for replies.

yes everything affects how much you put on. genetics plays a very big role. so it's impossible to say how much you "can" put on in a year. the hard part is to maintain your gains once they're there.

There really are know figures. Everyone is so incredably dfferent, all you may get are personal exp. I know in a year I could get around 20 more lbs on my bench during my reps naturally and with gear I can easly double that. All depending on what gear I'm running and what for.

Well my last cycle I kept about 17lbs of a 10 week cycle. So in 3 months about 17lbs. I've been off since the end of oct. last year but then I started cutting up. But I would say it would take me 9-10 months probably to do the same naturally.

it all depends on diet i suppose, last year i gained maybe 10 pounds lol cuz my diet sucks ass. then since september iv put on 40 pounds!

mainly since iv stopped being lazy and put my knowledge of nutrition and training to the test, i still think i could have hit 260 or more if i would have kept it going.

gains slow down the more muscle u put on and the older u get. i know of some 35 year olds, who think when they put on 5 pounds of muscle on their frame there doin good. i think its awsome that there still goin

How do you know whether what you have put on is fat or muscle? I am guessing looking in the mirror is quite inaccurate...

innacurate? id use the mirror over the scale anyday. u can clearly tell when u put on fat unless ur obese.

Dude, when it comes to BB-ing and the ability to put on muscle it is always genetics.

Especially for people who juice!

In fact if you are naturally skinny, taking steroids would probably be the worst thing you could do for yourself. Because steroids are mentally addictive. And mental addiction is the main cause of serious bad side effects.

And take notice of the add for www.anabolics.com

With the caption of Get Big – Get The Girl

And the paragraph for impotence above it!

A truly sick joke.
