Whats a good way to lower body fat instead of those pounds? Because im 5 8/9 and 179 and have a bit of a stomache i know ive been lowering it but cant seem to figure how to measure it =( Reading some posts i found out that the weight on the scale isnt always what you really way due to it weighs more then ur fat etc so yea basically im wondering wuts up with that and I should lower my bf then my pounds i think 179 is nice for 58/9 right? diet and excercise and hitting those weights? Cause my diet is very good helped me loose over 100 pounds and i do cardio every day and just joined the gym. This will lower it down? If i do all correctly ?

Just keep your diet clean and keep doing cardio and your bodyfat will go down: simple case of calories in less than calories out.

Your diet is the key to loosing the body fat. The cardio and weights will just make it work alot better. Just out of curiosty is your diet really good or is just better than it use to be?

My advice would to be to post your diet in the Nutrition section to see how you can still improve it.

trip is on a distinguished road
Juka,

Life is a marathon, not a sprint.

All your questions are great questions, and one's all of us asked and had to get answers for to meet our own goals.

So, you are doing it all the right way.

The iron, health game is a life long pursuit, one with constant learning and growing.

You've already achieved greatness through your own hard work and the weight loss, now it is time to educate yourself, and find the right knowledge and the right habits to lead to further success.

Just keep going, it's all good.

Trying to lose body fat, aka cutting, makes me sick. I get terrible headaches if I do not eat enough carbs/cals. A little more defintion would be great. If I desire it I usually add more cardio for awhile...it works.

Carb cycling works well. If you look over on avantlabs and read their Mind & Muscle magazine. Look for the articles written by Twin Peak on carb cycling. It has worked very well for me and is much more satisfying than runnign a straight deficit every day of the week.
