Diet Info

I have done my best to utilize the search function and read and read on proper nutrition and diet but I still dont have a cut and dry idea of how I can further improve my diet. Instead of asking question after question I would really appreciate suggested specific books with detailed information on diets geared for building lean muscle mass. This is a very informative board but I like having an actual book I can refer to. Thanks in advance.

Im not sure about the best book but if you can post an example of your diet, im sure many people here can help you critique it to best fit your needs.

first what you need to do is figure out our body type and how many cals you burn up a day. Using the formula up on a thread I think its in nutrition... Then post your diet like bouncer said along with the other information and im sure we can all through in some advice and tips for yah.
