Newbie here looking for advice
Hello to all. Im new to posting on this board and just wanted to get some advice. Im 5'11", 240lbs with around 28% BF. I havent lifted very much in the past, but have been told that I have a "gifted" physique (I will post some pics soon). Im looking to drop some serious weight in the next several weeks with weight training & diet. Here is my question: What is the best way to quickly drop the flab concerning cardio? I have been told that 3 to 5 times a week is enough. Would it benifit me to do cardio everyday? I plan on alternating (M,W,F: Weights; T,T,S: Cardio) in the mornings as a base workout, but would it help to add some cardio in the evening as a push? Any help would be great.

I moved it here so you could get a better response. Glad to have you on the board. The fat loss will mostly come from your diet. You can have a look around and see if something intrests you or if you have some ideas, post them up and get advice. We have a beginner section that may be where you want to start. http://www.superiormuscle.com/vbulle...ne=&forumid=54

Diet is a huge part, start of slow with cardio, a couple days a week, then 3 days then 4 etc
