Daily protein intake?
Hey! guys any nutrionists out there know what is the ideal protein intake in g/day?
Stats= 22yrs. 1.76. current weight 74kg. weight training to increase body mass. thanx.

At around 163lbs, youd be fine with 170-175 grams of protein per day. This is slighly over 1g per pound of body weight, which should be sufficient to grow.

i weigh 224 right now and eat between 250-300grams a day.
