High protein low fat

Hey peoples. like suggested by some of you guys i have increased the amount of protein i consumed a day which means i take a protein shake in the morning and in the evening mixed with milk and it works wonders but i also found that milk has a lot of fat in it be full fat or semi is about 4.6g per 100ml serving of fat so i have completely exchanged milk for soya milk which fat value per 100ml serving is only 1.2g fat and protein is 3.5g which is 0.2g higher than semi-milk. so you know it works as well as with milk if not better as you are consuming less fat.

personally, i use skim milk. soy milk can mess with your hormones and lower testosterone levels. its not a huge deal but if you really take bodybuilding seriously youd want to go with skim over soy

plus milk has protein which, in my opinion is more readily recepted by the muscle. soy milk isnt bad, but i'd keep skim milk a staple like jordan suggested

Look to Chicken and Fish for your primary protein intake and supplement that with protein shakes. You can't go wrong!!
Use protein bars for emergencey situations, due to the sugar content.
