I live in Iowa and was wondering where I could find a website that would enable me to find a source of bodybuilding competitions. I'm in no way shape or form wanting to compete this year, nor the next year for that fact. I was just curious where I could go and watch to get some backround information on posing, training, and diet techniques, mostly someone I can talk to face to face. Any input would be awesome. Thanks guys!
