fat basterd needs help !!!!

ok the last 4 months has been ugly to say the least...cleaned out the system of gear, staph infection surgery( 220 cc abcess), partialy torn bicep, iv antibiotics, and now im trying to fight off type 2 diabetes.

i compete in power lifting im 5-6 and normaly compete in 275lb class....right now im 310 from lack of training and poor diet. my dr. just cleared me to be able to sweat and workout. so on monday i am going to try and make it down to 242lb class for the end of the year meets in december. 730 squat, 585 bench,600 pull......are my last meets prs.....

i have no idea about good eating or how to start over from the beginning i talked with a mod from this board on another board and he had suggested to ask you guys for help as you were good people and very knowlegable.....thank you for your time
