Need some QUICK advice!
Red is apperently out of town? or Didn't respond to my PM. To make a long story short, I was asked to be a month of a calendar with VERY short notice - if you can give some GOOD diet/cardio advice for a female, please PM me (and by good I mean you have helped a female with a contest diet etc) Thanks!

Well I aint no Red and I definitely have never trained anyone for a show. But I did read all 9 pages of this first thread from Red and am doing what she recommended in this 2nd thread and it is working wonders already! I'd say in the absence of Red, just search for posts on this site about cutting or about dieting and you should be able to get a good idea. Obviously, you shouldn't be eating exactly what I am cause you're Basal Metabolic Rate is going to be different than mine, but that is easy to calculate. Right now I am eating about 500calories below my BMR and have had significant weight and appearance changes in just under 3wks already. I'm sure it could be more dramatic if I wasn't trying to minimize muscle loss.
Hell has now sustained! Cutting diet. Feel free to PM me or reply here and I will try to answer as best I can from my understanding of Reds training philosophies. Good luck and congratulations on the opportunity!
