help with food plan

Hi all this is my first post any help coments would be very much welcome im 24 yrs old weight is 14st bf is 25% high i know my eating plan is to hold my body weight gain muscle and to steady lose body fat so here gos

meal 1 4 weetabix 100ml fresh orange protein shake banana calorie drink yogurt

meal 2 1 meat salad roll water

meal 3 2 meat salad rolls 6 boiled eggs 2 yogurts 1 litre water

meal 4 4 rice cakes 2 boiled eggs protein shake

meal 5 3 chicken breast pasta salad or veg

meal 6 tuna with 6 ryvetas water

total intake per day

calories 3655 protein 290 carbs 400 fat 32.6

welcome...most of us don't deal in stones for weight, we're all a lot more familiar with pounds

quickly...overall, 33 grams of fat seems a little low for a 3700 cal diet, you should probably eat a little closer to 80-90 gms fat, try adding olive oil, natural peanut butter, almonds, salmon, etc

your rolls should be whole-wheat rolls, and try to incorporate brown rice in your meals. Be careful with rice cakes, they're delicious but they're a fast-digesting carb and can spike your blood sugar levels

are there any foods you can't stand, or don't like eating?

1 stone is about 14lbs, so 14stones is about 196lbs.

First of all thanks for your time and help yeah my body weight stays around 195lbs to 200lbs my height is 5,11 thanks for the more fat coment i shall be adding more into my plan very shortly as regards food i just about love everything even if it taste not so good ill eat it to get the results im after and after a while it starts to taste gd lol

oh i forgot to say that yes my rolls are whole wheat and about the rice cakes i have them as my meal before gym is this ok? thanks

the rice cakes might be a bit better pwo...while on the subject, what are you pre- and post-workout meals/supplements?

my pre workout meal is protein shake rice cakes x4 2xegg whites animal pack vitamins and minerals post workout is dinner within 30 minuts of finishing training chicken pasta veg or salad lots of water
