congratulations man, you've come to the right place

muscle milk is a brand of whey protein...other brands, for example, are All The Whey (our board sponsor), Optimum Nutrition, Isopure...and so on. Which whey you use is usually a matter or personal preference

creatine is a good start, but try to get a little bit of training under your belt first so you can see how you respond. Grape juice isn't essential, you can use dextrose, or even take creatine ethyl ester, which supposedly is absorbed faster than monohydrate anyway

I work at GNC and I can tell you flat out DO NOT listen to any of the people who work there. They are just trying to sell you stupid crap because corporate tells them to. Yea there might be honest people that work there too(myself) but for the most part they are just people trying to BS you like a car salesman would.

Trac, by MHP, should have all that loading stuff with it anyway, you should be able to take it with water...you can buy CEE from our board sponsor I think, allsportsnutrition.com. I'll warn you, it's the NASTIEST thing I've ever, ever, ever tasted, but it's also a lot cheaper than Trac, and I love the taste of saving money

I like to go to GNC to see what's on sale, and what I can get really really cheaply

From bb.com:

"The concept behind taking creatine with sugar such as grape juice is sound. But the trick is not the grape juice per serving. It has to do with insulin's function in the body. For creatine uptake to be enhanced, insulin release should be encouraged. Insulin functions as a kind of creatine pump, pushing it into muscles. If you're going to stick to juice, make sure you get at least 100g of juice for every 5g of creatine. Depending on your level and your goals, juice loaded with sugars may not be suitable. Newer research indicates that you can take your creatine with protein for the same results. A new study reports that taking 5g of creatine with 50g of protein/47g of carbs produced the same results as taking 5g with 96g of carbs. "
