Meal 1- 7 egg whites, wheat toast (3) slices, tomato slices with some salt/pepper and an apple.
Meal 2- Turkey/Salmon/Tuna (either or of these 3), rice (1.5) cups, couscous or kidney beans, and spinach salad with Italian dressing Meal 3- Whey protein shake; Berries, Natural PB’r, Raw oats and honey. Meal 4- Pork or Beef, sweet potato, mixed green salad (same dressing), rice and mushrooms. Meal above is before gym Meal 5- Tuna wrap (spinach wrap), pineapple and rice (brown)3/4 of cup Meal above is after gym. Meal 6- Protein bar from Lee Labrada, Mixed Trail Nuts. If I get hungry through the night, I eat PBJ’s. :nerdnew: This is pretty much what I eat 5 days a week. The weekends I tend to eat more pork due to the fact that we go out to dinner. Sunday’s is my cheat day and I eat whatever I want, no fast food though, I keep it clean. When I say tuna (it’s not can tuna), Turkey (fresh sliced turkey) and the Salmon (also fresh from the market). This diet here I’ve had for the past 6 months or so and love it. I’m still at 197lbs as of yesterday and somewhat lean. The avatar is still pretty much me. I wanted to post this since I really never had before. Not to mention the Vitamins I take ED; Thistle Dhea Gluco Super B-Complex Vit-C Injectable B-12 Taurine Saw Palm 1 gallon of water a day, 1 liter of sparkling water for the variety. I can't remember the last time I had soda. I do drink my redline drink ED, sometimes I have 2 of them. And I've been off for over 2yrs, not sure if I will ever go back on. :thumbsdow
