doing weights with body in calorie deficit
i know muscle burns fat, but i was wondering if doing heavy weights while in a calorie deficit be detrimental to my body composition. seems like if i dont have the calories the muscle won`t build back as strong as it already was. my weight has been up and down for years and i now know keeping as much lean mass while dieting is the way to go.
