Trouble Sleeping

Ok this is the first time I've tried a cutting cycle but I thought I'd give it a try to see how well my body responds. My diet is in check taking in 2500cals /300gs protein/200gms carbs/ 50gms fat. And I'm currently cycleing clen 2wks on 2off w/o an eca stack in between. My problem is that lately I continuously am waking up with hunger pains and have a very hard time going back to sleep without getting something in my stomach. I've tried some of the tips such as taking in some natty peanutbutter and other slow digesting foods but nothing seems to be working. And I don't really want to use a sleep aid if I don't have to, but I'm just looking for some other ideas that may help. Thanks

Im the same way lately. 1st time I've been seriously commited to cutting. I wake up about 3 hours after I fall asleep, sleeping pills or not and Im really hungry. I slam a quick protein shake and go back to bed. Get a shaker, premake your shake and put the shaker ready in your fridge. This helps me because Im so out of it when I wake up in the middle of the night. I try to put just enough water to get it down so I wont wake up 2 hours later and have to take a leak.

I've always found there is a hump 2 get over in diet...once u get over that, it is smooth sailing. However, u didn't mention anything about cardio...personally, i prefer increasing cardio (aerobic exercise) to cutting more and more cals, i.e., increasing cardio instead of decreasing cals past a certain point. For me, 2 hours of cardio (eliptical machine) per day (max), 4-5 days per week has proven 2 be optimal, one hour in the morning, one hour in the evening, as schedule permits. One of the benefits of this, i feel, is that you are tireder, and therefore sleep better, instead of just going 2 bed hungry.

just my 2 cents..

Are you taking the clen or ECA in the evening? If so, you might consider NOT taking anywhere close to bedtime. If you just recently started your diet, just hang on. Your stomach is still expecting to be full and it's telling you so. Usually, after 2-3 weeks the hunger paings subside to a tolerable level. BB

Make your protien shake before bed out of casien and take a fish oil cap. It is supposed to digest slower than whey. If this dont work have a small snack instead.Mabey a small piece of chicken and some fruit.
