Gaining weight to quickly

I started a new diet and in the past 2 weeks i put on 10 lbs, i dont have a gut or nething, and i am not on aas and the diet is clean, i just feel like i am putting on more weight extremely fast which is odd becasue i have always been a hard gainer.

heres my diet:

6:30am:6 egg whites (36 g protein) 3 pieces of wheat toast
9:00am:40g shake bagel
12:00am:4 lean hamburgers 4 oz. each (roughly 50g protein)
3:00pm:tuna sandwhich whole can (45g protein) on wheat bread
6:00pm:either 12 oz. chicken or steak and mashed potatoes or spagehtti
6:30pm:gym (40g shake after gym)
8:00pm:40g shake and spagehtti
10:00pm:40 g shake

Am I overdoing it on eating or is this a good diet to bulk up then get cut, because that is my plan. But I dont wanna work to hard to get off the extra pounds.

Also, I am wondering If a little cardio would still be good to put in the week even though I am looking to bulk up.

Your diet is not "clean" and has some holes in it but it IS a pretty decent diet if you are looking for weight gain. Let your body tell you what is good and bad for it - 10 pounds isn't that bad if you're just starting - you'll hit a wall at some point and that is when you'll have to "fix" the diet to continue seeing changes...

Just listen to your body (advice I wish I had learned to accept a long time ago)....

well, If i understand correctly by listen to oyur body When I feel full should I stop eating? Since I build houses all day in this heat and burn alot of calories I tend to stuff in extra food so I can make it to the next break time, even when I am really full, I just figured If i dont get in enough food I will staret losing weight and I dont wanna do that I'm small enough.

No - I meant that you need to watch the mirror and listen to what your body is telling you with the results you get (e.g. sweet potatoes leave me bloated - brown rice does not - oats make me feel sick but I have to eat them to feel full - chicken gives me better results when gaining lean weight as opposed to fish/red meat - eggs give me stomach problems so I have been trying to limit them to just one meal - I react quickly to junk food when I am lean - I fill out nicely when I'm carb depleted and eat a slice of pizza etc). You have to keep logs of what you eat and when you eat it, how your body reacts to it and what types of responses you're getting from different foods. This is why I like to stick with one/two protein sources and 3/4 carb sources for several weeks and then change things SLOWLY and ONE AT A TIME to see how I react.

As for eating when full - if I write myself a diet with x amount of calories needed to get the results I want - then YES - I eat myself to death if that's what my layout requires....
