my diet as is

Here is what i have been eating everyday for the last 3 weeks. I am not sure it is the best diet plan, but it has been working well but i am open. I run 3 times a week on empty stomach and play basketball the other 2 days. Here is the times for everything

7am.... cardio
8:20am....kashi cereal/skim milk
11:00am....1/2 nutragrain bar/light running
12:00pm....1/2 nutragrain bar/workout
1:00pm.... post workout whey protein shake
1:45pm.... 1 cup brown rice/6oz chicken/ 1/3 cup of shredded cheese/hot sauce
4:30pm.... black bean burrito (consists of 3oz chicken,2/3 cup brown rice,1/2 can of black beans,1/5 can of corn,1/2 can rotel,1/3 cup of shredded cheese, hot sauce, wheat tortilla wrap)
7:00pm.... protein smoothie (i use 1.5 cups frozen strawberries,1/2 cup skim milk,1/3 cup strawberry fat free yogurt,1 scoop strawberry ON whey protein)

That is all...i have so few vegtables that i feel like i need to add some zucchini in there or something.I also need an alternative to nutragrain but it give me a little boost to get through the jogging and lifting.Feel free to bash the new guy,no worries.

My goals: to burn fat and keep as much muscle as i can but i have been bulking for 3 months so muscle loss is expected a bit.

Im 23, 5'9'' weigh about 227 but my bf% isnt too high. I dont have the exact number, but my abs are almost noticable,so i'd guess i am around 13-15% maybe.I really dont have an idea. I also assume by the last 2 comments that i need a meal before 11,which i have thought but it never hurts to get help. Thanks

not only are your meals fuked, but the timing is also fuked, you need to space your meals aprox 2 hours apart and forget all that nutrigrain bar and cereal shit , and cut all the fat
