11:00am....1 can of tuna with shredded lettuce/light running
12:00pm....workout
1:10pm.... post workout whey protein shake
2:00pm.... 1 cup brown rice/6oz chicken/ drizzle of bbq sauce
4:30pm.... black bean burrito (consists of 3oz chicken,2/3 cup brown rice,1/2 can of black beans,1/5 can of corn,1/2 can rotel,1/3 cup of shredded cheese, hot sauce, wheat tortilla wrap, shredded lettuce)

What is your age, weight, bf%, and goals? I'm guessing your cutting because that doesn't seem like a lot of food.

Ya I would say you need more cals in there. Cut cals slowly bro. If you restrict to fast you will loose a ton of muscle.

like they said but if you're really serious cut out the corn and strawberries. replace them with more oats, sweet potatoes, brown rice, etc.

try some fish for one of your later meals.

I think I am overweight

Hi friends, I am 21 years old and 160 pounds. I think I am overweight by 40 pounds. I want to loose that weight. I don't want to have to buy any meals, any memberships, or any books to be part of a certain diet. I want something to suppress my appetite either food or pills. I don't want a bunch of recipes that require hours of work and are not friendly. I want to have a diet that I can stick with and also eat things that taste good, not fatty food, but good tasting. If you know of any diets that would work for me let me know. If you know of any diet pills, exercise, or appetite suppressants that work let me know that too.

are you male or female?

what is your current diet like? do you currently work out?

you should start your own thread instead of posting in someone else's.

you need some healthy fats in the diet above!!(flax-fish-olive) put them in now, so you have something to pull out later. IMO not a whole lot of food for a 227 lb-er. as the others said above, go slow!! good luck-
