Going from Bulking to Cutting
Well, after much consideration, I've decided I'm just not happy with the level my BF has hit during this bulking phase, and I really should lose 10 lbs of fath...
The problem is I've gotten so used to the philosophy of bulking (Never let yourself get hungy) and have never tried to lose weight... Where do I even start? Cutting back carbs I suspect... how much? Any advice at all would be appreciated --Zent... 28 yo Male, 5'6", 170 lbs, 18% BF

A bit of advice: go low carb, but GRADUALLY. Don't just go from bulking to keto diet, or you're gonna be one miserable SOB for the first 4 days. Start eliminating simple sugars first, and then gradually reduce your starches over the course of 2 weeks until you're around 50g for the day. I went from bulking to keto instantly, and had 3 days of headaches and the personality of a pissed-off rattlesnake.
