Cant do it without You guys.
Well here is the deal. When i was a freshman in collage i got down to 195 pounds at 7% body fat. I was 19 and now I just turned 25 and i have kept in really good shape. I do Tri races in the summer and I lift and do cardio just about evry day. I am currently 235 pounds and would say about 15% body fat. The way that this is going to help me is that i will keep posting my current status and pics. And by me doing this it will keep my diet and training in check. I want to drop 20 pounds in the next 2 to 3 months. I know i will lose strength but that does not bother me at all I am a strong guy so i can loose some and i will still be fine.
My Monday looks like this. Lift Chest/Back and then do 20 min of cardio Tuesday i do 45 min of cardio and lift arms. Wed i wake up do 30 min of cardio and then after work i do legs and shoulders Thu i wake up do 30 min of cardio and then do chest and back after work Friday i lift arms and then do 30 min of cardio Saturday I wake up and do shoulders and legs and then do 30 min of cardio Sunday I do nothing. I know I have to bump up the cardio. As far as eating i eat pretty good I don’t drink pop and i don’t eat fast food or any junk food but sometimes i tend to over eat and when im hungry i eat. I know i will need to fine tune my diet as well. |
