What time of the day should you stop eating?

What sort of time of the day should you stop eating? is there a time where your metab slows down causing you to put on weight? i know before bed a slow ecting shake is ok but what about a meal? I say this because i tend to gete hungry at 10 in the eevening and not too sure whether its good or bad to be eating. Any help would be good

I have some peanut butter and protein powder right before bed. Its more about what you are eating. You wouldn't want to have carbs ect.. before bed. It also depends on how many cals you have eaten during the day. For example if you are eating less than your body is using you will be in a calorie deficit and you will continue to lose weight. if you are eating more then your body is burning you will continue to gain weight. those are mor important factors then the time of day or night.

depends on what you have in that shake. a little PB will slow down digestion, (a good thing at night.) also what kind of protein? Caisen is a much better choice then whey.

I have my last meal around 8:30.. usually 3/4 cup of ff yogurt with a scoop of whey lol

I would eat if I got up in the mid of the night, but I sleep straight thru from the time I hit the pillow!

You should be eating every 3 hours that u r awake. At night time, u need slow digesting protein, no carbs at nite.
Example-lets say u sleep at 11pm, ur last meal should be between 10:00-10:20pm
