Nuts!!!
So.. are nuts actualy good or bad for you? i have figured that a kilo of honey roasetd nuts wouldnt do you any favours, but what about 40g as a snack? Oh and is the protien content complete? or should i ignore that towards my daily protien intake? cheers guys

towney, when you say your post kept timing out. do you mean the problem was on your end with you computer or connection or was the problem with the site? let me know if you are having problems with the site being slow or anything. for me it is fast.
