Started 13 weeks ago 229.
Currently 212.5 at 13 - 14%. Wanting to get down to around 8 - 10%BF by the years end with as little muscle loss as possible. I believe that because I am cutting the weight reasonably slowly eating and training right I should be able to acheive thiis. My lifts have increased a fair bit since starting. Height: 6'1" |

Off for quite a while. Back in the gym 6 weeks now. Started at 116lbs. Goal is 130 lbs by Christmas. I'm at 121 now. 5'6" no idea on bf. I'd guess about 18%.

right now:
192 (dropped 10 pounds in the last week, no new diet or extra cardio WTF?) BF%: 10-12% Biceps: 16- 16&1/4" (Right and left different sizes) Chest 44" Goals (End of next semester) 215 9% 17+ 47-48 Lofty goals, yes, but you gotta have faith.

Started - Roughly about 9 months ago ( 2 years out of high school)
5'10" 236 lbs (BF 20-25%, high school baseball injury + fast food) This was the biggest I had EVER been. The hardest part was changing the diet, now I can't even stand to look at fast food. Closest I get to fast food now is Subway. =) Current 5'10" 184 lbs BF 12-15% Goal 200 lbs BF 7-10% Since I will be moving to another town to go to college (transferring) I will be able to concentrate fully on training. So, hopefully by next summer I will reach my goal. =) After all, cutting during the winter isn't necessary, not many people to impress while wearing a sweater. ![]() |

All measurements were taken cold w/no training for 2 weeks due to illness
![]() 5'10" 178lbs chest- 42-1/2" Bis- 15-1/2" right, 15-1/8" left forearms- 13-1/2" both waist- 36" across belly button 38" Yikes!! thighs- 24" both calves- 16-1/8" bodyfat- 80% lol, really @ approx 17% w/calipers Just started a cutting cycle today. I hope to cut my bodyfat down to 12% or better (for now) and regain lost/build new muscle after a recent illness. After cutting out the adipose fat around waist/abs, I would like to gain more symmetrical mass, especially on chest/back. I'd like to hit approximately 190lbs @10% bf by the end of January when I finish a bulking cycle while eating and training clean. I put muscle on relatively easy so I feel that I can reach this goal- I just need to keep sharp on the diet. *edit* Actually, I guess I shouldn't have posted here, as I have completed a 4 week cycle of 1AD/4AD. I guess that I should pay more attention to the forum I'm in

hmmm, well, as of right now I am
5'9 225lb about 8-9% BF . . .in march next year I expect to hit 260+ before I get married and then I will be doing contest prep til the fall. . and I should step onstage at 225+ at sub 5% BF that will be 15 lb heavier than last year and a bit leaner. can't wait!

now just finished bulk 205 no clue on BF% maybe 15 I suspect. Start my cut cycle in march for show sometime this summer wanna be at like 175 180 for the show...all natural. |

was 150 at about 9%bodyfat currently im about 240 and bulkin bodyfat is about 19 or 20% lol comes with years of terrible nutrition goals hittin 260 by april, will be done for sure! then cuttin till august to about 9 or 8% bodyfat long term goals? at least 250 at 7% bodyfat naturally.

6'0" I weighed 152lbs. Never measured bodyfat, but my guess is around 10-12%. Currently: 170lbs. Bodyfat mostly unchanged. Goal: 200lbs ~8% bodyfat. |

Hmmm How do you measure body fat with out going to a doctor and paying money to do it. Cause im 179 and 5 8"/9 and feel like im 220 =/... Would really like to know how to measure so i can keep track thx.
