Real Quick Look..
Hey guys.. Im 5'11 235lbs, about 17%bf.. that puts me at approx 193lbm.
I have a slowish metabo, and when I cut, I usually go down to 1800cal. Im not looking to go nutz cutting or bulking right now, so do you think that 2500 cal and 210 g protein is a pretty daily dietary goal? I lift about 4-5 times a week. Im hoping to keep gaining LBM, but slowly shave off bf%.

Id personally aim for 1.5g protein/lb of bodyweight. that puts you at 350g/day.
2500 cals seems more realistic to stick to vs 1800....even with a slow metabolism you wont be feeding your body enough and the last thing that you want to do is loose hard earned muscle! |

I keep telling you:
My grandma is 79 years old, and she can have more than 1800 kcals on Weight Watchers. That is too low.
