HST, real or joke
Has anyone tried this HST (hypertrophy specific training) that im hearing about? does it work...CAN it work. Let me know your opinions or success on it.

HST is the real deal for putting on mass. It is mostly geared more towards muscle hypertrophy than actual strength but you will get stronger too. For strictly strength training, you may want to look into Westside. Here's a link for that one: http://www.wannabebig.com/article.php?articleid=46

I used it to get back into the swing of things a few months back. After the first cycle I had to go back to a normal split. I saw huge improvements in my body, but I hated the fact that I was not feeling strong in the gym. I think it definately has its place and I will use it again.
