if your bulking some carbs wont kill you, but watch it! not too many. i might have a little bit of cottage cheese, and a protein shake with egg or casein protein because they burn slower and can supply your body with protein throughout the night.

Ok, this might sound stupid, cause you guys all eat REALLY healthy, and I don't. But, what about Rice Krispies cereal? It has 24g of carbs only 2.5 of sugar PER OUNCE, and 1g of other misc shit. That's 344g of non-sugar carbs per pound. Seems like a lot to me. The main ingredient is rice. Are most of the carb benefits lost in the manufacturing process of stuff like this? Anyway, I posted this here because I've been having a cup of this before bed, with a protein shake, and it kept me from losing as much weight each night.

puffed rice is an extremely high GI carb, meaning it will be turned into energy faster than you can burn it off. go ahead and eat it if you like but you will be wearing it as fat by morning.

Mmmmm, fat, exactly what I need. Seriously. I'll take any pounds I can get, turn them into muscle, or burn them later.

I tend to go for meal made of protein only before bed. Like can of tuna in brine or six boiled egg whites which give me required 35g of protein. Sometimes I mix a whay protein shake with skimmed milk.

The other night, 2 pints of Ben & Jerry's. Yes, 2 pints. First and last time. I was feeling weak!

Usually I do a 50-50 mix of egg and whey protein, zero carb, w/ 60g's total protein.

TG, nice of you to notice. That's funny. I wouldn't have seen it if you hadn't pointed it out.

(Sorry, I know this post is old. Ever get an answer from AssItch??)
