Well I can see why you're not gaining.... diet needs some serious work... here's what I'd do...

6am
8 egg whites/ 2 yolks scrammbled
1 1/2 cup oatmeal
2 slices of whole wheat with natty pb

9am
8oz of steak or chicken breast
1 cup green leafy veggies
flax

noon
2 cans of tuna
salad with oil vinegarette
walnuts

2pm
chicken or beef or fish
1 cup veggies

3pm
protein shake w/ flax

PWO shake
40-50g protein/ 80-100g dextrose

7:30pm
PWO meal#1
2 chicken breasts
2 cups rice
(NO FAT in this meal at all)

9pm
2 chicken breasts
1 cup rice

10-11pm before bed..
protein shake with flax...

You should be able to put on some good quality weight with this diet.

from your description - the weight gain seems not soo bad for 3 months. if they're in fact 8 solid muscular pounds in 3 months done natty style... good job!!!

my recommendation: when i started and desperately wanted to put on pounds i went on a see-food diet. how it works is: you see food, you eat it.
