Dont Laugh at my Breafast Bean Dip

I was in an experimental mood this morning, and puke if you will.. but this actually tastes real good.

1 can tuna 150 cal, 32 g protein
6 egg whites 96 cal, 18 g protein
1/2 c oats 75 cal, 2 g protein
2 tbs fat free pinto beans 70 cal

pan fry tuna drained w/ PAM, add scrambled whites.

nuke oats & water in largeish bowl

mix them all together w/ fat free pinto beans

Tastes just like BEAN dip. Cant taste the tuna at all.

Well, tuna is alright, i go in cycles of what I like to eat.

After I get sick of tuna, I usually turn to those frozen skinless chicken tenders from costco... I got kina burn out on those, so now Im eating those frozen Alaskan Cod Fillets from Costco.

Damn that mad cow!
