I need some nutrition guidance
I need help with my nutrition. I have done a few cycles in the past with good gains while my diet consisted of some whey and just eating things that were good for me in the most part, with about one cheat meal a day. As I have progressed into a mind set that has more direction I have started to look at my diet much more. I am aware of the fact that diet comes down to being the most important aspect of training, I've just never put forth too much effort into a diet that would justify my goals and use of AAS in the best possible way.
My current diet is sloppy but consists of mostly chicken, to make things short. If I do actually eat a breakfast, I eat some cereal (Total with 2% milk), or egg sandwich (2 eggs w/yolks, salt/pepper, miracle whip, 2 slices whole wheat bread). Normally I have a snack of trail mix before lunch with chicken breasts or a sandwich for lunch. Around 3:00pm I have a can of tuna and then dinner is usually some form of chicken or steak with an occasional chicken ceaser salad. I through in whey shakes with milk or water through out the day when training. I've just started paying more attention to what I am ingesting, so it's hard for me to give a good idea of what I eat, but to me it is very sloppy, and I eat any given portion, never measure things out. I have started to cut out drinking Dr. Pepper 2 or 3 times a day and have resorted to much less beer and more water. I am currently at 212 lbs. 6'2". My bodyfat only sits in my stomach and acording to a crappy check by 24 hour fitness employees I have roughly 20% bf. After my diet is in check and I have returned to the gym for a few months I will be starting one more cycle, possibly my last. My goal is to be roughly 230-240 with 8% bf, or close. I am not looking to compete in bodybuilding, however, I will be looking towards competing in some mixed martial arts events when I feel accomplished enough to take a stab at that level of competition. The heaviest I have been is 223lbs. just this past summer after completing a Prop/Fina cycle. Sorry this became so long, but thanks for any serious help you can give me here. Thanks, B |

What, exactly are your current goals?? I mean, what are you wanting to accomplish with this particular diet? BF loss, Muscle gain, or maintain?

im not sure its clear what youre asking? do you want to know how to get to 8% bf and 230-240 lbs?
if so then you answered yourself. be more conscious about what you eat. train hard, eat healthily, and get 8 hours or more of sleep each night. the gear will help, but diet and rest is essential. |
