It's decent for people starting out. The Myoplex Lite I liked better because it had less carbs than the normal version. Now, though I don't drink them for exactly that reason: don't need the carbs.
Taste wise they are great, they can get kinda chunky, though.

slowpain
I gained alot of mass takeing those, they are the best tasting I have ever had but make a hell of a mess. And if you accidentaly leave them in the shaker bottle for a day or so it gets absolutly rancid.

I absolutely agree with RS. I stopped them to go to one with no carbs too. Unfortunately I know slowpain is right, if you don't wash your shaker cup......ewwwww

hlcn8 is on a distinguished road
about the shake being chunky comment, i was having that same problem w/ all shakes, all brands etc. . . i tried those blender cups, they didn't do much, specific shaker cups seemed like paying more for a new design that didn't seem to work well either, and i can only own so many blenders, and they're a bitch to clean, so i experimented and found throwing in a bunch of ice-cubes, and then shaking the living shit out of the thing did a great job. the ice kinda worked like a mosh-pit to get everything stirred up and broken down, an agitator of sorts. unfortunately, i work constantly and usually am not near ice, short of using ball-bearings does anyone have any good ideas? any particular shaker cups work well for anyone?
