gallon of water?
I have just started drinking a gallon of water a day, anyone who drinks this amount or has is it normal to feel bloated?

i drink 1.5- 2 gals per day but it is spaced out from 8am-7pm..you shouldn't feel bloated , you will just piss a lot..unless you sweat a lot too....

Thats the mini amount of water to drink from what I hear atleast a gallon a day. Especially becasuse muscle is 72% water to begin with. So thats good keep driking up that water!

how much do you weigh?
the rule of thumb i follow is i drink 1 gallon per 100lbs bodyweight..i am almost 200lbs therefore i drink 2 gallons a day. if you arent used to drinking water this much you'll feel the bloat pain. it will go away |

I am 6-5,245....I guess my body will get use to it, it's all good...

Sucks till you get used to it. Then you wont even think about it, unless you dont drink then your like " Damn I am fuckin thirsty"

does anyone find that water makes you hungry? when ever i start drinkning, i get super hungry, even if i just ate. it feels like the water flushes all the food through my digestive system
