cutting diet please critique
i was thinking of cutting at 500 below maintence. that would put me around 2200 cals.
breakfast 4 egg whites 1 egg whole wholegrain bread 2 slices 372 9 38 31 (cals/fat/carbs/protein) lunch wholegrain bread| 6oz chicken breast 480 8 36 62 dinner chicken breast 8 oz peas half (0.5cups) potatoe 646 8 61 78 snack 6 oz chicken breast 255 6 0 48 post-worker designer whey (3 scoops) Gatorade 405 5 40 53 totals: 2158 36 175 272 100% 15% 33% 52% |

my suggestion would be to divide you meals into more, smaller meals in order to keep your metabolism running and burning calories. also, make sure you drink at least a gallon of water a day, spread out. hope that helps

looks good, but u might want more carbs for breakfest, u just woke up and need some energy. but thats me, u might be able to have energy at 38g carbs
